Classic Flooring and Design is a referral based business proudly serving San Diego County since 1987. Our family history in floor covering began in 1971 when Lloyd Alonso and his brother Jack opened their original location in Ohio. As a boy John worked alongside his father Lloyd in the showroom and on their job sites; where he learned the value of honesty, integrity and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Following his father’s footsteps John opened Classic Flooring & Design in the Fallbrook Village in 1992. A flooring and window covering company offering their clients fashion forward products and solutions; quality at competitive prices and superior craftsmanship. With a passion for design, style and color I joined my husband John as the sales manager. I enjoy working with the homeowner throughout the entire process; to insure they are completely satisfied. I enjoy taking them from confusion to completion. In an industry with so many recent changes it has become difficult to trust people. When I gain someone’s trust I feel that have done my job. Since our business has grown largely by referral, I always appreciate when clients recommend us to their friends and family.
Over the years our company’s vision and scope of work has expanded.In 2013 our daughter Kayla joined our team full time with a breath of fresh air and a degree in Marketing. Her passions for photography, music and the arts have expanded the scope of our social networking. Her creativity is reflective on our Website, within our direct mailing literature and can be seen in our project portfolio. We are devoted to creating a pleasant shopping experience, with no pressure sales and product knowledge we equip our clients to make the right decision for their project.
